Dispute Resolution Case Law Update: Supreme Court rules no statutory limitation period for unfair prejudice claims, overturning divisive Court of Appeal decision.
The Supreme Court’s recent decision in THG Plc v Zedra Trust (Jersey) Company [2026] UKSC 6 has overturned the Court of Appeal and confirmed that unfair prejudice petitions brought under sections 994 and 996 are not governed by any statutory limitation period.
